Celebrate Thanksgiving at Greywind with a festive three-course prix fixe menu from Chef Dan Kluger and his team. Featuring signature fall dishes alongside elevated holiday classics, the menu offers a choice of seasonal starters, entrées including traditional turkey dinner, black sea bass and short rib, and an assortment of seasonal sides. Finish the meal with warm apple crisp topped with vanilla ice cream, served family-style.

Priced at $65 and serving two to three guests, this festive take on the classic Spanish dish combines bomba rice with roasted turkey, stuffing meatballs, mushrooms, green beans, cranberries, sweet potato and burnt marshmallows. The week leading up to Thanksgiving also marks the start of the holiday season at Hudson Yards. From November 16, 2026, through January 7, 2027, Shine Bright at Hudson Yards, presented by Wells Fargo, transforms the neighborhood into a festive holiday destination with more than two million twinkling lights.
Discover 725 illuminated evergreen trees throughout the neighborhood, eight 12-foot toy soldiers and a spectacular 32-foot hot air balloon centerpiece suspended inside The Great Room at The Shops & Restaurants. Outside, the iconic Vessel will dazzle with an all-new holiday light display throughout the season.
The festivities begin with the second annual Vessel Holiday Lighting Ceremony on November 16, hosted by Helen Little of 106.7 Lite FM and headlined by Grammy® Award-winning artist Anthony Ramos. The evening will also feature live performances by the New York Vocal Collective, Brooklyn United Drumline and more. The free ceremony begins at 6 PM in Public Square & Gardens.
Following the performances, guests with tickets to Vessel’s special First Look experience can explore its holiday display, featuring an 18-foot-tall mistletoe installation and festive photo opportunities.
