There are three ways to book a personal shopping experience at Hudson Yards. Choose from one of our two curated experiences — the Mastercard Personal Shopping Program or the Luxury Shopping Experience — or contact the concierge team directly to create an appointment tailored to your needs. Once booked, the concierge team will connect with you to learn more about your style, preferences, needs, and any specific requests, allowing them to prepare a curated selection for your visit.

Your experience begins in the Great Room of The Shops, where a member of the concierge team will meet you and escort you to the Personal Styling Lounge.
In the lounge, enjoy a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic beverage and a light bite while you get to know the team. Then, the real fun begins. Try on different outfits and pieces in a completely private 1-on-1 shopping setting. And there is always the opportunity to visit the actual stores and work with a brand specialist.
Once you’ve selected your purchases, the team can help package your items for you to take home or arrange for them to be shipped directly to you. The team can also assist with additional plans, including dining at Hudson Yards, and escort you back to the Great Room at the end of your appointment.
