At Hudson Yards, David Chang envisions what’s next out of the Momofuku kitchen.

Disrupting the New York food scene is no easy feat, but chef/entrepreneur David Chang has made it a habit with each new offering of his celebrated line of Momofuku restaurants.

Since rocking the ramen world with Noodle Bar in 2004, the Momofuku Group has tackled everything from upscale dining (at the Michelin-rated Ko), to sweets (at Milk Bar), to the fried chicken sandwich (at Fuku).

The habit is sure to continue with Chang’s next, bold experience. In this one, set to open at Hudson Yards, Chang, sees casual colliding with sophisticated at a communal table, where plates big and small boast Asian-fusion flavors.

Night out, business meeting, lunch break … Chang’s hallmark vision of fresh, global flavors will serve every dining need. He knows his creative taste-making will mesh well with the innovation at Hudson Yards, and he’s confident the result will be entirely unforgettable.
