Power Hour at the Backyard at Hudson Yards

Sweat It Out

Free fitness classes will be available every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on the Public Square & Gardens, beginning on May 16th. Classes are powered by Rhone, the men’s high performance activewear brand located on Level 2 of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards. 

Yoga, HIIT and strength classes will be taught by well-known fitness instructors. RSVP below for the sessions you would like to join.
