Art All Around

Stop staring at your phone! Wherever you go in Hudson Yards original works from world-class artists are waiting to catch your eye.

Hudson Yards’ contemporary art program fits right into the renowned cultural corridor of Manhattan’s West Side. What begins at the Whitney Museum just below 14th Street and continues through the hundreds of galleries and art spaces of Chelsea, ends at Hudson Yards.

Monumental pieces commissioned specifically for the new neighborhood include a large-scale installation by the Spanish sculptor Jaume Plensa in 30 Hudson Yards. The piece, Voices, is a collection of 11 awe-inspiring metallic orbs. A celebration of diversity, each sphere is comprised of letters from different alphabets.
