Join Russ & Daughters for an immersive masterclass in caviar. Guests will learn a bit about what caviar is and where it comes from and will enjoy a guided tasting featuring our premier caviars, accompanied by a selection of wine and champagne pairings.
You will start with a welcome drink and small bite, as Russ & Daughters welcomes you to the Hudson Yards location. After a short background on caviar, where and how caviar originated as well as Russ & Daughters caviar legacy, guests will have a chance to taste three premium caviars and selected accoutrement and small bites. The evening will also be accompanied by tips on how to serve caviar, what to serve alongside caviar and how to be a discerning caviar customer.
This will be a fun and educational interactive evening.
