Join Russ & Daughters for an immersive masterclass in caviar. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of premier caviar, followed by a selection of libations and delicious bites incorporating caviar.
The evening will proceed as a guided tasting of two premier caviars, with appropriate accoutrement and libations, a short background on caviar, where and how caviar originated as well as Russ & Daughters caviar legacy. The evening will be accompanied by tips on how to serve caviar, what to serve alongside caviar and how to be a discerning caviar customer.
This will be a fun and educational interactive evening. The evening will consist of light bites, not a full meal.
