An elegant, culinary showcase by James Beard Award-winning Chef Dan Kluger, Greywind provides a locally sourced, seasonally-driven, and refined dining experience.
Experience greenmarket-driven, American cuisine with seasonal, local ingredients at the forefront, creating a playful, modern take on recognizable dishes using bold, unexpected flavors. The menu includes a variety of complex plating and cooking techniques while also highlighting the more simple yet classic rotisserie oven.
To complement Chef Kluger’s menu, the beverage program has a special focus on small and up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York. Adjacent to the restaurant is The Bakery at Greywind, featuring daily fresh baked breads and pastries, sandwiches, and salads, which transitions into The Chef’s Counter at Greywind in the evening.
The design of the 58-seat restaurant nods to a modern farmhouse in the Hudson Valley where friends and family gather and features floor-to-ceiling windows, elements of natural wood, bronze fixtures, and natural linens.
