Taco Talks at Oyamel with Russ & Daughters

Oyamel launched a new taco series that invites fellow chefs, restaurants, and creative partners to celebrate this beloved staple of Mexican cuisine. Every month, Oyamel will feature a special edition taco to celebrate cultural exchange, creativity and the shared language of food across cultures.

 

For the second installation, Oyamel is partnering with neighbor Russ & Daughters to create a limited time taco inspired by New York City's classic appetizing tradition. The Hola Vey features Russ & Daughters' hand-sliced Gaspe Nova, hot smoke/cold smoke schmear, a combination of kippered salmon and Scottish smoked salmon.
