From London to Leeds, Paris, Copenhagen, Tokyo, and beyond, D&D restaurants have shaped how up-and-coming neighborhoods define food, entertainment, art and culture.
Co-curated by Chef Thomas Keller and featuring some of the most iconic names in the culinary world, the restaurant collection at Hudson Yards is destined to become New York’s most exceptional dining destination.
Inventive new standards will define the restaurant collection at Hudson Yards. Renowned Chef Thomas Keller will curate an ambitious selection of distinct experiences – a collection of approximately 25 restaurant and food concepts – including ventures from culinary superstars, Chefs José Andrés, David Chang, Michael Lomonaco, and Costas
Spiliadis as well as D&D London and Santa Cruz Co.
Each kitchen will be unique: delectable, globally-inspired dishes will be served in dazzling dining rooms with spectacular views as a backdrop. And throughout Hudson Yards, smaller kitchens and concepts will greet casual diners as they come and go to work, shop and play.
Eating at Hudson Yards will be delicious in every sense.
