What is Related360Life?

Related360Life is a new app designed to provide exclusive offers, events, rewards and building access to employees of Related office buildings.

Is Related360Life available in my building?

Yes, Related360Life is available to all employees at Hudson Yards.

How do I login to Related360Life?

You'll need to sign up using your corporate email address. Please note, the app will only allow participating tenants to create an account.

Why do I need to allow access to my location and bluetooth services while using the app?

Certain features, such as elevator controls, require Bluetooth and location information from your mobile device. Allow access to  your location and Bluetooth services to access the full suite of features. This information is never stored or shared with others.

Do you share my personal information?

No. We don't share your personal information with anyone.

How do I change my email/password?

Go to the top left corner of your app where you see three dots and click into “My Profile”.  Click into your profile and you should see a key icon at the bottom of the screen that says ‘Update Password’.

I'm having trouble logging into the app. Can you help me?

On the login screen of the app, please tap “Don’t have a work email?”' and tell us what your issue is by sending an email to “[email protected]”. A member of our support team will follow up with you shortly.

Why am I not seeing notifications?

Check that you have enabled Push Notifications by tapping on the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of the 'Home' tab and selecting Notifications.

I have an idea to improve the app. Who can I tell?
