Renowned Chef Thomas Keller will curate the restaurant collection at Hudson Yards – showcasing a variety of 25 different dining and casual eating options from some of the world’s best chefs, including ventures from culinary superstars Chefs José Andrés, David Chang, Michael Lomonaco, Costas Spiliadis, and Ferren and Albert Adrià as well as celebrated restauranteurs D&D London, and rhubarb.
Each kitchen will be unique: delectable, globally-inspired dishes will be served in dazzling dining rooms with spectacular views as a backdrop. And throughout Hudson Yards, smaller kitchens, an indoor-outdoor destination for Spanish food, drink and culture, street-level cafes will offer all-day dining options.
