At Hudson Yards rhubarb will oversee two irresistible attractions. The first is a 5,800-foot eatery on the fifth floor of The Shops & Restaurants. It is being designed by Robert Angell Design International, whose portfolio includes prestigious restaurants, bars, hotels, residential and retail interiors for the world’s leading brands and influencers.
The second venture is the soaring restaurant and catering operation that will entertain visitors at the Observation Deck, the highest outdoor observation deck in New York, atop 30 Hudson Yards.

rhubarb is especially skilled in programming one-of-a-kind locations in very high places: managing food and beverage operations at the very popular Sky Garden in London.
Sky Garden is an all day venue atop the iconic Fenchurch building, where visitors enjoy 360° views and a fully-realized indoor city park. In addition to its two alluring rooftop bars, rhubarb also operates the upscale Fenchurch Restaurant, as well as the sporty Darwin Brasserie. Both eateries offer a vivid outlook on the city.
